Muscat ottonel (57%), chardonnay (29%, 5 Dijon clones), early muscat (14%) produces orange blossom and apricot aromas and delicate pear-peach flavors in a dry Alsatian-style. Goes great with cheeses, light creamy pasta dishes and delicate Asian foods.
2003
Tre Secco (three dry) is a fruity but dry white wine made from muscat ottonel (48%), chardonnay (41%) and early muscat (11%). Fresh fruit flavors of pear, apricot with orange blossom scents and a long luscious finish make this wine a real pleasure to drink.
Great with a range of foods from spicy Thai to creamy chicken dishes and cheeses or just great sipping in the shade on a warm summer day.

Muscat/Chardonnay blend. Three grape varieties make up this wine - 42%chardonnay (5 different clones, including Dijon clones), 38% muscat ottonel and 20% early muscat .
Fermented in a dry style that lets the fruit flavors dominate.
2002 Tre Secco has more muscat than the 2001 which makes the wine fruitier and softer on the finish. A luscious nose of pear, peach and apple, with full-bodied flavors of peach, apricot and pear, and a long fruit finish typifies this wine.
Tre Secco is versatile! Goes great with spicy foods (Thai, Chinese, Indian or Mexican), tangy cheeses, chicken and pork dishes.
